Restaurant & Bar is returning to Hong Kong for its fourth and largest fine dining hospitality event. Since 2002 we have been running a different kind of hospitality event in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. By focusing on the top end of the market, this event features the finest products and services especially fine food, tableware, equipment and wines. We also have a very strong premium beer, spirits and cocktail content to include the style and hotel bar markets.



As well as the very best suppliers we also have a long list of our trademark features which have brought us such high acclaim over the years.

At Restaurant and Bar 2006 you will see the region's finest chefs cook their signature dishes and share their knowledge and experience of preparing dishes for presidents and royalty. Within the Riche Monde Bartender Training theatre we have world-renowned cocktail bartender Angus Winchester flying in from the UK to preach the good word from his bible of cocktail knowledge. By attending our rolling programme of tasting seminars you can learn more and sample everything from Italian Gelato to Malaysian Laksa or from Chapuy Champagne to single malt Scotch Whisky. Plus, a whole host of other attractions.
