Last time at Restaurant and Bar we pulled out all the stops to bring you the regions finest Chefs. Offering insight’s into their wealth of culinary knowledge and skills bourne out of years at the top of their profession. We had Japanese Sushi Master Mr Toshio Kon prepare a dish fit for an emperor. Heard Mr Jaako Sorsa’s ideas on contemporary Scandinavian fare. We also showcased the finest European Haute Cuisine from Mr Richard Ekkebus and Traditional Macanese dishes from Mr Henry Leung.
