Restaurant & Bar HK is aimed at those working directly in the industry’s better establishments - the end users - rather than simply a vast trading platform for suppliers and distributors. The comprehensive educational programme of seminars, chef masterclasses, cocktail demonstrations, food tastings, tutored wine tastings, bartender training and various workshops have always proven popular.

To make these attractions and the whole show as useful and relevant as possible, we have always relied on advice from the industry, from which the Advisory Committee forms. Convened at the Pawn to discuss current prospects and challenges for operators, their encouragements and fresh ideas are vital in shaping the event.
