Most people have their own favorite restaurants but who really makes the best pizzas in Hong Kong! Pizzeria’s have open kitchens for a good reason, pizza making is a performance it is part of the history and the culture of this famous Italian tradition. Flavour, texture, ingredients and presentation are all part of producing a great pizza. The competition will focus on the pizza itself and aim to produce a definitive answer to the question of who produces the best Pizza in Hong Kong.
