It is the first time we exhibit in RBHK. Not only exhibit, we were also sponsoring our glaces in the ‘Chef Masterclass Asia’ cooking demo theatre, and we managed to talk to lots of demonstrating chefs that have used our products. The feedback they gave was very positive, and we have confirmed to work with them after RBHK. There were also different buyers and chefs from hotel groups and chain restaurants coming to our booth because they were very interested in our products. We have been able to meet these interested parties who do appreciate and like the products that we are offering since they have never seen and found them in the market before. Overall, the feedback and people we met here in RBHK were very good, therefore we are definitely looking for a bigger booth next year!

It is my second time exhibit in RBHK since last year when my business was just starting. RBHK is definitely one of my favourite shows here in Hong Kong. It attracts very good quality visitors and buyers here, helping me to make a lot of contacts and meet good friends such as chefs from restaurants and cafes. It is a really great networking opportunity. This year, we also participated in the Bakery & Patisserie Theatre demonstration, showing people how bagels are baked. We got to know RBHK was due to our participation in its Hong Kong Restaurant Interior Design Awards last year. In the 3 days, there were many current clients visiting us to see our new projects. We found the event a really good networking and business development platform for the industry.
