為更了解餐飲買家於「香港餐飲展」的採購需求,我們每年均設立諮詢委員會,邀請一眾餐飲集團及酒店管理層進行會議,分享業界的最新資訊,為「香港餐飲展」的展品、行業活動等訂立發展方向,使展覽會緊貼市場趨勢,成為獨一無二的餐飲採購平台。再次感謝2018年度諮詢委員會各成員的寶貴意見,2018年9月4至6日舉辦的「香港餐飲展」定必促進行業交流及為業界締造更多商機。
