What’s next after I signed the exhibition contract?
We will send the Exhibitor Manual whose related information include exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangement, goods lease and service, advertising and visa application, etc. in May-June.
When do I receive my exhibitor badges?
You need to complete the request form in the Exhibitor Manual by deadline, like number of badges needed. For security reasons, we do not send out badges to exhibitors. You will be able to get your badge on-site during the building time by presenting your company name and name card, your exhibitor ID. in a specified time slot.
When do I receive the worker badges and vehicle passes?
Also, you need to complete the request form in the Exhibitor Manual by deadline, like number of badges and passes needed. You can get the worker badges and vehicle passes in organiser office by presenting your company name and name card, your exhibitor ID. in a specified time slot.
If you have ordered other marketing materials such as tickets or leaflet from exhibitor manual, you are suggested to pick up along with the worker badges and vehicle passes at the same time in organiser office.
How do I invite my current clients or VIPs to visit my booth?
You may help your clients to do pre-registration online, or you may fill in the group registration form and send back to us. They will obtain their e-confirmation by email. Print it out and pick up the ready badges on-site.
Where can I find the list of exhibitors?
You can find the exhibitors list here. To increase the awareness of your presence in the Expo, once you got the Exhibitor Manual, please complete the exhibitor profile in our website by following the instruction in the Manual.
How can I promote my products?
